MY TASKS

• To liaise with the site acquisition team during initial site review to feed into the due diligence process from a build point of view

• To oversee the build process from start to finish

• To deliver new property assets on time, in budget and within specification

• To manage and motivate third parties to deliver

• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders

• Constantly improve master design of stores to simplify, reduce cost and value engineer

• Regularly report project process to the senior management team

• Oversee maintenance across the portfolio

• To build a development team around this role and support the team in their scaling ambitions.

• Supporting innovation in sustainable business to drive our market differentiators and business margins

MY QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in commercial and business management, including managing and responding to strategic offers

• Engineering/ System engineering degree

• Outstanding experience in the implementation of electronic building automation technology

• Fluent in English, Russian. Other languages are an advantage

• Several years of experience in large construction projects

• Proven experience in the acquisition of projects and their implementation

• Fluent in English and Russian. Other languages are an advantage
